Mr. Stockamore is a demonstrated expert in real estate finance and fund management with an expansive network of institutional, Agency & Government lending partners. Mr. Stockamore spent 5 years as a finance leader at LendingHome, the largest residential bridge lender in the United States during which he established multiple funding channels for the firms $6 billion in loan origination, including, 18 institutional whole loan purchase agreement, 7 securitizations, and 2 private credit funds. At Lending Home, he founded LH Capital Management, an SEC registered investment advisor with over $600MM deployed in residential bridge loans.

Prior to Lending Home, Mr. Stockamore spent 13 years in the institutional debt capital markets at leading global investment managers including Fortress Investment Group, Nomura, and Bear Stearns. During this time, he acquired over $1B of residential non-performing loans, launched New Residential Investment Corp (NYSE: NRZ), a $3B publicly traded mortgage REIT and led the acquisition and turnaround of Centex Homes’ lending platform (Nationstar Mortgage dba Mr. Cooper).
